Do you need an Adobe Creative Cloud to get this keyboard for 89.- or is Creative Cloud offered with it ? I dont get why they write "With Adobe Creative Cloud subscription" right next to the price ? Anyone can explain please :)

No need to worry, you GET Adobe Creative Cloud with the keyboard, you don't need to own it for using the keyboard. It's just an additional offer.
