Since I use the devices stationary, the question did not arise for me. Unfortunately, I did not pursue it.

I use it occasionally for games. It's fine for my use (point & click adventures, RPGs), but I think for online shooters or League of Legends, a mechanical keyboard designed for gaming makes more sense.

Already found the solution... Sorry for the spam... :( To access the F keys temporarily, you have to press the "FN" keys - this wisdom is free and most people and even I probably knew that. But the question I had was how to change this for good so that I wouldn't have to press the "FN" key all the time. The solution was quite simple. You just press "FN" + "ESCAPE" (with a little lock on it) and from then on you always have the F-keys for yourself first. If you press the combination again, you have the FN functions first again. The worst thing for me was that I read online that I would have to install software to change this. This would be the absolute KO criterion for me. And no, you don't have to! You can use the keyboard in parallel, I do that myself with a MacBook and a MS Surface Book. You can save 3 devices, just have to select the other memory when switching and then you can change the device. Logitech also offers a switch function via an app, without you having to change the memory, but this doesn't work for me yet.

A dongle is supplied but you can also use it with Bluetooth. You surely have 2 free device memories which you can pair with Bluetooth enabled devices.

All newer Logitech products work with the Logitech Unifying receiver, which can be recognised by the orange Unifying symbol on the transmitter. When I did a quick search on your mouse, I couldn't find any information on whether it also uses this Unifying receiver, so you might have to do some research on that yourself. If there is no information on this, I am afraid that these two are not compatible. Since Logitech has consistently used Unifying over the last few years, it would otherwise be a worthwhile step, because from then on the products will be compatible with each other again (i.e. you can use several devices with one receiver). By the way, the MX mouse is excellent and occasionally on sale for around CHF 70.

Price/performance is right. The typing feel is not perfect but very good... Of course, it always depends on your own expectations and needs. You can't expect the quality of a mechanical keyboard, but the keys feel very good. Maybe a little spongy but great for me. I've bought the keyboard twice, for the office and for home, and I'm very satisfied.
