Question about DJI Mavic Mini Fly More Combo

The following is in the FOCA FAQ:

3. when do I have to register?
Pilots and operators of drones weighing more than 250 g (and also those weighing less than 250 g, provided the drone is
equipped with a camera, microphone or other sensors that are suitable for the collection of
personal data) must in future register online on the platform of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). This applies to all categories of drones.

Since the drone is equipped with a camera, it will probably have to be registered in future.
However, the information is not yet binding, as parliament is still processing the motion.
