Can I use this adapter to charge my lap top (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hp-envy-17-ce1220ng-1730-intel-core-i7-10510u-16-gb-1000-gb-notebook-12364175) via the docking station (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hp-3001pr-1-x-hdmi-1-x-vga-usb-a-dockingstation-3514713) when I connect the adapter to the USB C port? No, charging is only possible directly via USB-C. Only USB-C supports the "Power Delivery" standard.
