Question about Samsung Clp-680dw
After a good 3 years, the printer only spits out curled paper. I suspect that the transfer unit is defective. Is this included in the 5-year extended warranty when I buy a new printer or is the transfer unit considered a consumable?

It is best to contact Samsung or Digitec customer service to clarify this. It is possible that it is under warranty. However, it is also possible that it has a limited warranty and is not included in the extended warranty.

Curled paper can also be caused by too much moisture and/or being upside down in the tray.
Yes, paper has a direction of travel, which is indicated by the arrow on the packaging, simply reverse the paper that is in the tray, top side down.

I can't answer that. I've had my printer for 3 weeks and I've already had my first warranty claim. Unfortunately!
