Question about Delock USB Y-cable

A Mac, a PC and a wireless keyboard including mouse are in use. When I switch my work from the PC to the Mac, I have to reconnect the USB receiver each time. Would this Y be the solution?

No. The Y-cable is more to supply a USB device with a bit more power. (one of the ports for example only supplies 500ma and a Raspberry PI doesn't run so well with it).
What you need is rather a USB switch: Aten US224 USB 2.0 Peripheral Switch with 2 Ports
I have one of these and it works well, but sometimes has its problems.
