...150.- cash back, does this mean that I pay CHF 423 at Digitec and then get another 150.- cash back from Brother ... i.e. the printer effectively costs me only 273.- .....

Many ellipsis do not make a question :)

But yes, CHF 423 - CHF 150 = CHF 273 so the effective cost is CHF 273, just don't forget to fill in the cashback form https://www.brother.ch/cashback
