1. Is this Nikon ZF+40/2 product coming from Import (EU) or it is Nikon Swiss Distribution? 2. Is it marketplace? 3. Basicaly please answer if this particular product is covered by 3M Nikon Swiss Guarantee or not? Thank you

I was able to do some research and according to the "important note" on the product page, it's actually not the EU version but the CH version, so yes, with a 3 year Nikon Swiss warranty:
"3 year Swiss warranty. To activate it, you must register on the official Nikon website for Switzerland. Please note: Registration must be completed within 3 months of your purchase date. The Swiss warranty cannot be guaranteed for products offered via the marketplace."
