Borosilicate glass has a much higher hardness and scratch resistance compared to commonly used plexiglass. It also possesses excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands only slightly when heated.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected with metal rings made of black anodized aluminum, which do not come into contact with the cooling medium. Thanks to the clever design, internal struts or additional tubes can be omitted. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 50 are made from durable acetal and are screwed together with the aluminum rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. A filter made of stainless steel mesh is integrated into the base of the expansion tank. The filter captures particles and eliminates annoying air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water. The seal in the lid of the expansion tank is designed as a rubber molded part for easy installation, ensuring it is securely positioned when screwing on the lid.

The Aquabox Professional has been revised and improved in various aspects compared to the previous model. Features include G1/4 connection threads, two additional connection threads on the top of the Aquabox, and a recessed stainless steel cover with sunk screws in the front panel. The Aquabox Professional is machined from solid Delrin material, making it extremely durable. The proven coolant flow through the front panel of the Aquabox has been retained, which keeps the front panel free of condensation and creates a very nice optical effect. The amount of water flowing through the front panel can be easily adjusted using two stainless steel set screws in the inlet channel.

The Aqualis series expansion tanks are equipped with a borosilicate glass tube, which, in contrast to the acrylic glass commonly used for tube expansion tanks, offers very high hardness and scratch resistance, very low thermal expansion, and excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The glass tube has an outer diameter of 75 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. The base and lid of the Aqualis series are made of Delrin, and the lid and base are connected by a nickel-plated brass tube. The Aqualis base for pump adapters is equipped with connection flanges on the underside and can only be used with a compatible Aqua Computer pump adapter. Optionally, up to two lighting modules can be mounted in two G1/4 threads. An optical highlight is the integrated water column effect. When the return line is connected to the socket's inlet, water flows through the central brass tube to the lid and exits through eight openings, creating a striking visual effect, especially when combined with lighting. A thin acrylic glass plate near the bottom of the Aqualis minimizes air entry into the circuit. These items also feature an integrated acrylic glass window in the base, providing space for the installation of up to six LEDs. All variants are also available with a nanocoating that allows water to simply bead off the inside of the glass tube.

10. Aqua Computer Aquatube Delrin

The Aquatube is a reservoir that couldn't be more practical. Its large opening allows for easy filling and provides optimal flow control. For individual installation of (not included) connections and lighting modules, there are a total of five G1/4 threads available on the bottom and side wall. Matching sealing screws for unused connection threads are included. Five M4 threads on both the top and bottom enable easy mounting to or within the case. Optional accessories include installation panels made of stainless steel and aluminum. The Aquatube is completely leak-proof and can be installed in any position. With this reservoir, filling your water cooling system becomes a breeze. In addition to its excellent functionality, it impresses with a unique design. The reservoir is turned and milled from solid Delrin, making it extremely durable. The Delrin white version of the Aquatube features four additional holes at the bottom for mounting 5 mm LEDs.
