The EX-11092-2 USB 3.0 PCI-Express card provides two screwable USB 3.0 ports. It is designed to connect two additional USB 1.1, 2.0, or 3.0 devices to your workstation, desktop, or server. It supports USB 1.1 Low-Speed (1.5 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps), USB 2.0 High-Speed (480 Mbps), and USB 3.0 Super-Speed (5 Gbps). It is ideal for external storage enclosures, digital cameras, webcams, scanners, and more. To support the power of 900 mA at the external USB 3.0 ports, no additional power connection from the PC power supply is required.
4. Exsys PCI-E to 4x PCI Expansion Box
The EX-1012 is an external expansion box with four PCI slots for expanding or supplementing PCI connections via a PCI Express slot. No jumpers are required for setting the I/O addresses and interrupts, as these are automatically assigned by the motherboard. The EX-1012 can be operated in addition to the motherboard PCI connections and supports all standard PCI I/O cards (e.g., serial, parallel, USB, FireWire, etc.) with 5 and 3.3 volts. Included in the package are a PCIe host adapter card, a USB-C extension cable, and the expansion box itself. The EX-1012 provides immediate PCI bus expansion through the PCI Express slot of any computer system. No drivers or software installation is required. An external 12V/3A power supply is included with the EX-1012.
Note: The USB-C cable is only for connecting the box to the PCIe host adapter card. The box cannot be directly connected to the USB-C port of a laptop or PC.
