Bambu Lab offers two variants of hotends: a single hotend with a nozzle and a complete hotend assembly. To successfully use the hotend with nozzle in your 3D printer, you will need the following components for assembly: a cooling fan, a ceramic heater, a thermistor, and a silicone sock. These components allow you to assemble a complete hotend assembly and operate the hotend efficiently.

Dust and grease deposits on the build plate reduce adhesion. It is recommended to regularly clean the surface with water and detergent to ensure optimal adhesion. Do not clean the smooth PEI with acetone, as this can damage the PEI surface. Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool down, making it easier to remove the print. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long lifespan of the product. Gently sanding the surface with fine sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion. The smooth PEI plate is a wear part that will wear out over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. The warranty applies only to plates that are defective upon arrival.

9. Bambu Lab - AMS - PTFE Tube - AMS Hub

The function of the PTFE is to minimize resistance and guide the filament. The inner diameter of the tube is 2.5 mm, while the outer diameter is 4 mm. Please note that PTFE tubes are wear parts, as they can wear down on the filament over time. It is recommended to check the PTFE tubes for wear during device maintenance. If the tubes are worn and not replaced in time, this can lead to feed errors and filament buildup in the AMS.
