Additionally, the risk of filament leaking or oozing at the interface between the nozzle and heating block is eliminated, ensuring a smooth and reliable printing experience.

Bambu Lab offers two variants of hotends: a single hotend with a nozzle and a complete hotend assembly. To successfully use the hotend with nozzle in your 3D printer, you will need the following components for assembly: a cooling fan, a ceramic heater, a thermistor, and a silicone sock. These components allow you to assemble a complete hotend assembly and operate the hotend efficiently.

With 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles, the larger diameter of the hotend allows for more filament to be extruded per second, resulting in significantly higher printing speeds.

Note: If bubbles appear on the underside of the plate, it may be helpful to heat it for several hours at a temperature of at least 80 degrees on the heating bed to remove the bubbles. Dust and grease deposits on the building board reduce adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with water and detergent to ensure optimum adhesion. Do not clean the smooth PEI with acetone, as this will damage the PEI surface. Always wait a few minutes before removing the printed models so that the plate can cool down and the print can be easily removed. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product life. Careful sanding of the surface with fine sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help to restore adhesion. The smooth PEI sheet is a wear part that wears out over time.
