WHD Up

The UP Radio receives DAB, DAB+, and FM radio stations. It features a rear Aux input for connecting an additional audio source, such as the Bluetooth receiver BTR 55 MK2. DAB and FM stations can be saved. The DAB-FM Radio UP fits into all standard switch programs with a 55x55 mm central plate. The power of the integrated stereo amplifier has more than doubled compared to the previous model, the RDS Radio. Two speakers or the improved UP speaker KEL 55 can be connected to it. Operation is simple with just two buttons and a rotary knob. The menu allows for the adjustment of many additional functions such as alarm, sleep, display brightness, and maximum volume. For use in a hotel, the scanning of radio stations can be locked to prevent accidental changes. The DAB-FM Radio can even be controlled via the optional remote control and is supplied with a dipole antenna that can be pushed into the conduit. The antenna of the DAB UP Radio is shielded more or less depending on the wall material, which can affect reception. Therefore, check before installation whether FM-DAB radio stations can be received at the planned installation location. For the best reception, we recommend connecting to the house antenna.
