The PCIe to M.2 SSD HAT+ (B) combines Power over Ethernet (PoE) with PCIe expansion for the Raspberry Pi 5. This innovative solution supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in the formats 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280, which significantly increases the storage performance of the Raspberry Pi. With the IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standard, this HAT delivers both network connectivity and power over a single cable. Thanks to the support for PCIe Gen2 and Gen3, it offers a high data transfer rate and enables booting directly from the SSD. The built-in 40-pin GPIO header allows the use of additional HATs. With an integrated heat sink and LEDs for status indication, stable and reliable performance is guaranteed.
