MultiPlus Compact 12/1600/70-16

As the name suggests, the MultiPlus is a combination of inverter and charger. This elegant solution offers numerous functions such as a true sine wave inverter, an adaptive charging function, Hybrid PowerAssist technology, and several options for system integration, such as solar energy storage or a three-phase off-grid system.

Unique PowerAssist function
The MultiPlus prevents a limited AC power source, such as a generator or shore power connection, from being overloaded. Firstly, the charging process of the battery is automatically reduced to protect against overloading. Next, the output of a generator or shore power supply is boosted with energy from the battery.

Uninterruptible alternating current (UPS function)
In the event of a mains failure or if the shore power or on-board generator is interrupted, the Multi's inverter is automatically switched on and takes over the supply to the connected consumers. The switchover happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is guaranteed.

Virtually unlimited power through parallel connection
Up to six multis can be connected in parallel for high power requirements. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please refer to our data sheets to find out which models are suitable for parallel, three-phase, and split-phase operation.

Remote monitoring and control
In conjunction with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX), you can use the free VRM app and free VRM Portal website to monitor and control your Multi and the system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be via a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC with a wide range of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Multi to automatically starting a backup generator and more.
