Venus Optic Laowa 7.5mm F/2 MFT Lightweight version

The currently most extreme wide-angle lens with a light intensity of f/2 for MFT cameras. It is highly light-sensitive and allows for extreme wide-angle shots, equivalent to a 15 mm wide-angle lens on 35 mm cameras. In addition to these optical specifications, particular emphasis has been placed on an ultra-compact design and very low weight. The lens weighs only about 170 g (approximately 150 g in the ultra-light version) and is extremely small for a highly light-sensitive super wide-angle lens, measuring 55 mm in length and 50 mm in diameter.

The optical construction consists of 13 elements in 9 groups, including 2 aspherical elements and 3 extra-low dispersion elements. This minimizes distortion and chromatic aberration while providing excellent optical performance from corner to corner. The extreme image angle of 110° and the extremely high light intensity of f/2 allow for impressive photos even in low light, such as landscape shots at dusk, indoor shots, or astrophotography. Focusing and aperture adjustment are done manually. The 46 mm filter thread allows for the use of small filters even at this image angle.
