Compact, lightweight and versatile - the BACKMEISTER Bernd fits into any kitchen and delivers fresh bread exactly as required. Whether gluten-free bread, protein bread, wholemeal loaf or sweet temptations such as cake and jam: 19 stored programmes and an individually adjustable custom programme leave nothing to be desired.

Three selectable bread sizes (approx. 500, 750 or 1,000 g) and three browning levels ensure maximum flexibility. The pre-set time of up to 15 hours and the keep warm function ensure fresh bread at the desired time.

The removable baking tin and the mixer are equipped with a durable ceramic non-stick coating - for effortless cleaning. The large viewing window allows you to keep an eye on the baking process at all times. The illuminated LCD display ensures intuitive operation.

With its compact, lightweight design, non-slip feet and 550 W power, the BACKMEISTER Bernd is ideal for flexible use in any kitchen. Accessories such as a measuring jug, measuring spoon, hooked skewer and recipe suggestions in the operating instructions are of course included.
