Ultimaker TPU95A Weiss 2.85 mm 700 g

The UltiMaker PMUM-1006-002 TPU95A is a versatile 3D printing filament with a diameter of 2.85 mm, supplied on a 700 g spool. This thermoplastic polyurethane filament has a Shore A hardness of 95 and offers an optimal balance between flexibility and rigidity for industrial manufacturing applications. The material exhibits exceptional abrasion resistance and high impact toughness, making it suitable for components subjected to mechanical stress and wear. With a break elongation of up to 580 percent, the filament allows for significant deformation before material failure. Its chemical-resistant properties ensure resilience against various industrial oils and chemicals, while strong layer adhesion enables easier and faster printing compared to other TPU filaments. Applications include functional prototypes for design validation, ergonomic grips and guides for safe handling, flexible joints and protective covers for moving parts, as well as robust click systems and protective casings for sensitive components. The filament is not suitable for food contact or medical in-vivo applications due to a lack of biocompatibility.
