Wer sich schon einen Ultimaker 2 zugelegt hat, muss sich nicht ärgern. Der Unterschied zum Ultimaker 2+ fällt klein aus. Der neue 3D-Drucker ist noch ein wenig besser - leiser, genauer, leichter zu bedienen - und löst so seinen Vorgänger an der Spitze der Bestenliste ab.
Der Ultimaker 2+ überzeugt durchweg im Test. Die größte Änderung zu seinem direkten Vorgänger, dem Ultimaker 2, ist der verbesserte Vorschub des Druckmaterials mithilfe einer Übersetzung. Die Ansteuerung und auch das ?Slicing? von 3D-Modellen funktioniert mit der Software Cura von Ultimaker gewohnt gut. Die Druckqualität ist dank beheizter Druckplatte und wechselbarer Druckdüse ausgezeichnet.
