The CFast card CFX730 from Transcend is equipped with 112-layer 3D NAND flash and a SATA III 6Gb/s interface, providing high transfer speeds and large capacities, along with plug-and-play convenience. The CFX730 can operate stably at temperatures between -5 °C and 70 °C, and a model for extended temperature ranges (-40 °C to 85 °C) is available upon request. The CFX730 features SLC mode technology, which increases the flash lifespan to 100,000 P/E cycles while maintaining a sustained write speed suitable for write-intensive devices.
