Transcends M.2 SSD MTS970T comes with a SATA III 6Gb/s interface. The 3D NAND technology used is state-of-the-art and features 112 layers of vertically stacked 3D NAND flash chips. Compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, this breakthrough in storage density significantly improves storage efficiency, and the integrated DRAM cache allows for faster access. The MTS970T is built on a circuit board with 30µ" gold contacts and employs the so-called corner-bond technology. It is extensively tested to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The endurance values are rated at 3,000 program/erase cycles, and the extended operating temperature range is between -20℃ and 75℃.
