Compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, this breakthrough in storage density significantly improves storage efficiency, and the integrated DRAM cache allows for faster access. The MTS970T is built on a circuit board with 30µ gold contacts and employs the so-called Corner-Bond technology. It undergoes extensive testing to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The endurance values are rated at 3,000 program/erase cycles, and the extended operating temperature range is between -20℃ and 75℃.
