Transcend JetRam memory modules are manufactured using carefully tested (ETT-grade) branded DRAM chips that have passed Transcend's stringent quality control and testing procedures. Each memory module is rated at 2666 Mbps to maximize data transfer efficiency through an increased bandwidth of up to 21GB/s. Transcend's DDR4 SO-DIMM JetRam memory modules operate at a nominal voltage of just 1.2V, reducing both the operating temperature and electrical load on the memory controller. Compared to standard 1.5V DDR3 modules, this saves up to 40 percent energy.
