L41 Single Beam Safety System. The L41 is a cascading, photoelectric safety switch of type 4 (IEC 61496) with a single beam, consisting of a transmitter and a receiver. The correct function of the L41 can be tested using the test input on the transmitter. Thanks to the integrated test function, the sensor signals are now directly available for a range of control-related logics and functions such as AND/OR, attenuation, or bypass. Color LEDs provide situational information about the operating status. Various application areas, IP67 protection class for outdoor use and at temperatures below freezing. Housing made of nickel-plated brass. Inputs/Outputs according to EN 61131. Direct connection to safety controllers, allowing assessment without detours, e.g., UE410 Flexi Classic. Performance up to PL E according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SILCL3 (IEC 62061), SIL3 (IEC 61508) possible. Applications include: robots, processing machines, palletizing systems, machining centers, and high-bay warehouses.
