The Bambino Plus makes no compromises on the four key elements for perfect espresso: 54mm sieve support, 19 grams of coffee powder for full taste and automatic milk foaming provide barista performance.
3 seconds heating time and constant extraction deliver espresso as if from your favourite café. With the automatic steam nozzle you can adjust the milk temperature and consistency to your taste. For barista quality milk foam that brings out the coffee aroma and is indispensable for latte art creations. The right amount of coffee powder is the basis for a balanced espresso. The 54mm sieve support with its 19 gram capacity is the key to tasty, balanced coffee in barista quality. The pre-infusion under low pressure moistens the coffee powder, which helps to dissolve the aromas. By subsequently increasing the pressure to up to 9 bar, the full aroma of the coffee can unfold.
The digital temperature control (PID) keeps the water temperature constant during the entire extraction - for a perfect result. The automatic rinsing of the heating system after each coffee purchase ensures that the next espresso is also extracted at exactly the right temperature.
