Product details

Spectrum S-Flex 90A is a filament designed for 3D printing that allows for the production of flexible parts in a much simpler way than with other materials of this kind.

Where durability and flexibility are crucial, the specific composition of this material ensures good adhesion not only between layers but also between the printed element and the build platform.

Its resistance to hydrocarbons and good lamination between layers enable the creation of sealing elements that must withstand all types of operating fluids and provide maximum sealing capability. Additionally, elements made from this material are used as energy-absorbing parts, such as bumpers or vibration dampers of all kinds.

In addition to the aforementioned properties, Spectrum S-Flex 90A also features good UV resistance and high aging resistance. The flexible filament Spectrum S-Flex 90A is resistant to weak and diluted acids and bases.

Applications:

  • Production of seals with high chemical resistance
  • Manufacturing of elements that act as energy absorbers
  • Functional parts
  • Bushings, vibration dampers, protective covers
  • Snap-fit parts.
