The AE series from Rittal is a compact stainless steel enclosure with PU sealing foamed in all around for protection class IP66 according to IEC 60529. Protection class: IP66 according to IEC 60529, NEMA 4x and IK08. Enclosure and flap made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304). Door opening angle approximately 130°. Housing cover available separately.

Order numbers for enclosure sizes:

  • 457-1067 for size (WxD) 300 x 210 mm
  • 457-1073 for size (WxD) 500 x 210 mm
  • 457-1023 for size (WxD) 200 x 155 mm
  • 457-1045 for size (WxD) 380 x 210 mm

Black plastic handles sold separately:

  • 457-1095 is a handle with lock cylinder insert, lock No. 3524 E (cannot be used with 784-6171)
  • 860-4506 is a handle with housing without lock cylinder insert
  • 860-4524 is a handle with housing and lock cylinder insert, lock No. 3524 E.
