Printer cartridge incompatible

Cartridge is incompatible with our LaserJet CP5225dn, machine displays the error message 'Incompatible cartridge yellow' and refuses to print. In addition, the cartridge has left heavy ink splashes in the machine.
Thus, the manufacturer's claim and the product description, which label the toner as compatible with the original product, are misleading. more
