After replacing the magenta toner, the Laserjet CP2025 printer did not recognise the cartridge. Resets and updates did not work either. Only after replacing another 100CHF toner did the replacement work after a reset. Unfortunately, the printer only shows 48% fill level for magenta. HP has not supported the product for 5 years and refers to Digitec. Digitec refers to HP. As a customer, I am stuck with the costs. If the toners are still being sold, support should be guaranteed.

purchased this productWorks as expected. Massively overpriced.
Performs as expected. However the toner is always finished after much fewer pages than the manufacturer's details suggest. It is only for occasional home office use. I do not print much.
I buy the toner and always return the whole empty cartridge for recycling.
I still do not understand why a few grams of coloured powder should be more expensive than some mobile phones, cameras or an inexpensive wristwatch.Pro
