    does not work with Apple EarPods

    Works with other headset but not with Apple EarPods. If I only plug in the headphone part it does, but if I plug in the mic as well, it just causes an unpleasant high-pitched sound and doesn't pick up anything that is being said. I always thought an iPhone was a smartphone too!?!?
