    Complicated and enormously poor customer service

    The scanner itself is ok. It feels good in the hand, scans properly, etc. However, we had problems with the scanning of "_". The customer service from Datalogic is miserable. Despite a detailed explanation of the problem, you get an answer in 2-3 weeks, which doesn't even solve the problem. After 2-3 months, we finally got the message that this scanner simply doesn't work... Too bad.
