    If I didn't have to, I would do without it. I am now evaluating other models and manufacturers

    Why one star rating:
    I made a mistake with the purchase of ink cartridges by one number and it is simply a mess from Canon that these fit my printer but are not accepted because of the crappy chip. There is no excuse for     this either because it is pure rip-off, nothing else. The price of the cartridges alone does not justify it.

    Every time you buy cartridges, you could almost afford a new printer and they only have a 2-year warranty. You usually have to pay for the extended warranty yourself. All in all, very unsatisfactory and no one seems to mind. Everyone always gives the cartridges a very good rating.
