The Raspberry Pi has its own official LCD touchscreen. The Raspberry Pi Foundation offers the perfect display screen for your Pi, developed over several years without compromise. The setup is quick and easy. The adapter board and your Pi are mounted on the back of the LCD using the simple fasteners provided. The DSI flat ribbon cable provides the display interface between the Pi and the LCD unit. Power supply options for your LCD touchscreen include separate power – powering the display board separately for the Pi via a USB power supply with at least 500 mA.
