Does the charger work with iPhone 12?

Yes, it works, but the iPhone is only charged with 7W. You need a Magsafe for the full 15 Watt charging power.

Hi, I just don't think the P20 has Qi technology, allowing smartphones to support wireless charging.

I have two such wireless chargers, the same product number, but with different "behaviour". One always lights up green until a mobile phone is being charged. It then flashes blue when charging. The other only lights up green briefly when connected, then the LED is off. When charging, again only briefly blue, then LED dark (but charging nevertheless). So there are probably two different versions (hardware versions) of the model in question. Support site from the manufacturer = not available!

Yes, it probably depends on the model, the old ones light up green briefly, the new ones blue....or two products on the market in parallel.

For me, the device lights up blue and green at the same time in succession when I place the mobile phone on the device. What does that mean exactly?

This means that the phone is charging. If nothing lights up, the phone is fully charged. However, you must make sure that when you put the mobile phone on it, it starts to flash, otherwise it will not be charged.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The light is only on for the first few seconds after you put your phone on it.

When I put the Huawei P30 on the Fast Charger, the device flashes blue and green alternately and the battery is not really charged. We have already tried various other plugs, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

There are no problems with various iPhones and the Samsung S7. AirPods Pro also work without any problems. I would have the phone checked. I have two of these chargers and the previous model in use and there have never been any problems. The power supply to feed the chargers must deliver at least 2.4 watts. I use a Multicharger that can supply up to 63 watts. The Anker PowerPort PD5 (63W).
