Question about Xqisit Wireless Fast Charger

I have two of this device (@Work, @Home). I have noticed that @Work I have to unplug the device every now and then and plug it in again so that the charging process starts. However, the positioning of the smartphone should fit, the smartphone can be moved as desired, this does not change anything. The device simply lights up green and the charging process does not start. Have any of you experienced this?

I use an original PowerCharge power supply unit from Samsung at both locations, so the initial situation is identical.
In the meantime, I have swapped the two Wireless Fast Chargers for test purposes and, lo and behold, they now charge without any problems...
... Why and how? No idea! But it charges and that is the most important thing.

My iPhone X sometimes doesn't charge with the wireless charger either. I like the tip about the more powerful power supply.

For me, the Wireless Fast Charger works without any problems with an iPhone XS Max, although I use a more powerful power supply unit because the original one does not provide the power that the Wireless Charger can. The ring lights up green when idle, blue when charging and goes out when the smartphone is charged.

I have such a device @work and it always charges even if the smartphone is not super centred on it. I don't think it's normal to have to unplug it all the time,
