Hello Tobi. The cable from the Hall sensor will be loose, which happens from time to time with these models. Check the plug or cable or, in the worst case, replace the engine. This is usually a warranty case.

The anti-theft device is de facto unusable, as the mobile phone must remain connected via Bluetooth. As long as the mobile phone is connected to the scooter, the motor brake locks the front wheel and the rear light flashes. That's all there is to it. I just leave the scooter there. So far it hasn't been stolen.

Officially only till 20 km. i must say with mine i don't get to 25km i think. i would need to be lighter ;-) it doesn't have a tacho but tried it with a friend and i made 22km...i think this 2km tolerance is not a problem. there is a lot of information on the internet...there is a big debate about it and i think in the next 6 months there will be more clarity about this

Yes, that is the case, they were probably limited to 20km/h with a new firmware. I'm currently trying to find out from ASTRA and the KAPO whether it would be legal to buy one of these and independently throttle it down to 20km/h. I don't need a type approval for e-scooters. Type approval is not required for e-scooters.

The power button must be pressed for at least 3 seconds until the status LED lights up and there is a short beep.
