Where do you buy spare wheels/tubes and why don't you sell them?

I find it rather unfortunate that you do not sell suitable or so-called spare wheels (and especially tubes), as they break down very quickly. Clearly, this is not covered under warranty, so they are more like consumables and should be treated as such, in my opinion. The linked "ABC" tube is also only suitable for the front wheel (angled valve), therefore unusable in my case. I don't care that you "don't have a supplier", then you have to look for one (???) and include the product in your range (hello core business???).

I was extremely frustrated by the futile search on Swiss portals and then Amazon and finally Alibaba, and I don't give you credit for ignoring this obvious problem. Until the spare parts are delivered from the other hemisphere, my scooter will unfortunately have to stay at home - and that only so soon after I bought it here.

Hello SchmiderDaniel,

You can find spare parts for the Xiaomi M365 at the big bookseller or at Ali. Of course, it would be much more convenient if we could buy this here directly from Digitec.

There is a very large community around the M365, just google scooterplausch.

Unfortunately we do not have a supplier who can deliver enough spare parts. The suitable tube would be this ABC Design tube Unfortunately we do not offer tyres, but it is the same size as for the pram 8" 1/2*2.
