Hello Lucanepa,

The Xiaomi M365 (and the PRO Model) can't be driven legally in Switzerland on public roads.
The ASTRA has clear requirements, what an E-Scooter has to meet. Example max. Speed 20km/h (not depending on what Driving Mode you use the E-Scooter). Two separte breaks they work also when the akku/battery of the E-Scooter is down.

Hope it's more clear.

As far as i know if the scooter has a bell, front light, breaking light then you should be fine. (I think this model has everything). Its still a "grey-zone" but the police won't say anything
