JoviAst5 years ago+440Good day to you all, Yesterday I was driving my Trotti for about 200 metres when suddenly the front wheel locked. After that I couldn't use the accelerator or the brake anymore and the front wheel was like blocked or very strict even in switched off mode. I still have this problem and I wonder if it is a defect or if it is some kind of protection that can be fixed? As I said, the front wheel seems to be blocked and when I try to accelerate I feel that the Trotti wants to go but stops accelerating immediately. I hope someone can help me. knuttidelia6 years ago+110After a fall, the display no longer works. However, when I connect the scooter to the charging cable, the display works and the scooter can be driven without problems. Do I need to have the battery or display replaced? Where can I get these spare parts or where can I have them repaired?Show in original language (German)2 answers

yannick.laemmler5 years ago000Hello, I read in a review that the scooter loses a lot of power from a gradient of 5% and that you have to pedal from over 5%, can anyone confirm this? Show in original language (German)1 answer

lukaszg5 years ago000Who is producing this scooter? vmax r50 seems to be Switzerland specific. I found same scooter named "Tao Glider EL-851" and "Future Scooter N1" in other European shops, and a lot of very similar ones in Chinese stores (names are more random, such as Q24, JCB-TQ2, YTES-05 or NEXT DRIVE).1 answer
Anonymous6 years ago000Now, however, I have a new problem, whereby even plugging it into a socket does not solve it: When I was driving downhill today, everything suddenly failed - brake and accelerator (not without danger!). Since then, the display only flashes when I press the button. As soon as I connect the scooter to the power, everything runs normally. However, the LED on the power supply unit is constantly green, although the battery is probably at least one third discharged. What can I do?Show in original language (German)1 answer
Anonymous6 years ago000I have only had my scooter for a few days. I noticed that it switches off automatically very quickly on gentle inclines and that the scooter can only be switched on again after it has been plugged into a socket. This seems to be a fuse to prevent the battery from overheating. If the scooter is not allowed to cool down for 1-2 hours, the aforementioned shutdown occurs again immediately.Show in original language (German)1 answer
