I can't answer the question of availability, but if 42 watts is enough for the PoE devices and it should be a UniFi device, this might be an alternative:

Our prices are mostly created automatically. This means that if the market price or our purchase price changes, this is reflected in the sales price. This can also happen if an item has a long delivery time or is currently not available.
If possible, use the US-16-150. I wouldn't do two switches. The more switches, the more sources of error you build in.

The US integrates into the Unifi universe. The ES is managed via EdgeSwitch.

Not directly. But you can mount it on a 1U shelf - I've already done it that way.
for ubiquiti unify devices a cloud controller is needed, or you can install the software on a computer. the operation is then possible via the gui (even if you are not on site) the oldscool CLI I never needed with these things but look at some tutorial on youtube how these things work are really super simple and user friendly. but just a different strategy behind it than with the better known products. (I use them in the company because I can manage the network from anywhere via the cloud key in every branch).
Not that I know of, as far as I know it would need an additional Unifi Security Gateway or your UPC device would take care of it. What the switch can do well, however, is supply end devices such as APs with POE.

No, unfortunately not. But you can buy them as accessories. I believe there is even an official one from Ubiquiti itself.

On the switch, you must manually configure the port to '24V Passive', by default it is set to PoE+.

You connect your modem to e.g. port 1 of the switch. The new WLAN AP to port 2 and your other devices to 3-8. I would recommend that you deactivate the WLAN access point in the UPC router and only surf with the AP-HD.

Since it is a pure switch, it will probably not work directly. You would need a router in between, e.g. Ubiquiti USG: Unifi Security Gateway together with TP-LINK MC220L or
Ubiquiti USG-PRO-4 with TL-SM321B. But this is all just theory, maybe someone here already has a similar setup running successfully.

According to the manufacturer: (8) Gigabit RJ45 ports. So yes, all of them are set to 1000 mbit/s.
