Question about Ubiquiti Us-8-150w

I am planning to buy Fiber7. Can I connect the fibre cable directly and then distribute the signal via 8 port switch in the flat? What is the difference with Ubiquiti ES-8-150W: 8 ports?

For fibre 7, a converter and a router are necessary. The switch can be connected behind it. The Unifi switches belong to Ubiquiti's Unifi solution and can be controlled with a controller, just like the access points. The edge switches have a different firmware and can be operated standalone and offer CLI for configuration.
