We recommend that you update your headphones so that the latest firmware is installed. You will need to download the Audio Hub software to perform the update:

If the problem persists, there may be a technical problem. We advise you to register a warranty claim:

Hello Irinazoe03
I can't answer that, my "oldest" Xbox is the One.
But I think that since all Xboxes use the same data transfer for pairing (their own WLAN) and the Bluetooth channel of the headset remains free (to pair a mobile phone at the same time) it should work!
But only a theory, not a certainty!
But let's be honest, who still gambles with a 360?
The new Series S consoles are so cheap...
Now seen at the BF for 199,-... 😉
Greetings
I think it should be the original one from Microsoft. it works great for me. you can also (if you have any) easily connect xbox controllers with it.
Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows (PC)
Yes, you can. I even recommend a connection with the mobile phone, because the sound settings of the headset can only be made via the corresponding Turtle Beach app. This way you can still make in-game adjustments.
