jmlopez4 years ago000Hello, I have always used the device with ONE SIM in 4G but now I use it with 2 SIMs. I have read the manual (page 6) and it says "If you occupy both slots however, the card in slot 2 is limited to UMTS/GSM (3G/2G)." However SIM2 is limited to 2G, impossible to select 3G. The phone automatically switches SIM1 to 4G (with the possibility to change 2G/3G/4G) but if I switch my SIM1 to 3G the access of SIM2 is still blocked in 2G (the manual choice is greyed out and limited to 2G). I have reversed the SIMs and the result is the same. My 2 operators are SWISSCOM with 4G access for both. Thanks in advance.Show in original language (French)1 answer

How do I update my device? Since the purchase no update has been detected, it is still considered as "up to date". The device is still under warranty.
