I have always used the device with ONE SIM in 4G but now I use it with 2 SIMs.

I have read the manual (page 6) and it says "If you occupy both slots however, the card in slot 2 is limited to UMTS/GSM (3G/2G)."

However SIM2 is limited to 2G, impossible to select 3G.

The phone automatically switches SIM1 to 4G (with the possibility to change 2G/3G/4G) but if I switch my SIM1 to 3G the access of SIM2 is still blocked in 2G (the manual choice is greyed out and limited to 2G).

I have reversed the SIMs and the result is the same.

My 2 operators are SWISSCOM with 4G access for both.

I think you do have a problem with the phone or it is due to the Android version not being up to date. I would advise you to do the reset try to update and see if that solves your problems. 

If not, you will have to go through the warranty, you can register your request from your account and send the phone back directly or bring it to one of our branches.
