I believe the current offer is not from digitec itself but from the external provider "Das Warenhaus". If you go to their website, the price is almost the same. But I can't say why digitec doesn't offer the headset itself.

No, only a connection from Mal is possible. The headset does _not_ support Bluetooth, wireless only works with the corresponding USB dongle. And if you use the cable connection, wireless is switched off.

If your TV has an audio-out via a USB, it should be possible. It doesn't work on my LG because it only has a USB IN. What does work is if you watch content via your Playstation (Netflix,Youtube,Plex etc.) you can just plug the dongle into the USB socket of your PS and the pairing works automatically.

It's exactly the same, since Digitec and Galaxus are practically one company...
