Do I still need an additional adapter to be able to play with the XBox One? Or is this only possible via cable? And does the wireless also work to be able to watch TV wirelessly? Thank you very much!

For the Xbox, you would have to connect the headphones to the Xbox One controller via a 3.5 jack cable, check out the manufacturer's page here:
