They won't tell you that. I have already written several emails to support. The only statement was: "For data protection reasons, we cannot disclose this".
Unfortunately, we are not able to give any information about a delivery date at the moment, but we will update our info as soon as we receive new information from our supplier.
I called Galaxus and they told me that the supplier had blocked all deliveries of the PS5 at short notice and so this reset everything in the system in the background. They also told me that it should work again tonight or tomorrow at the latest.
This one is probably in my living room. Imagine you bought a new 65 inch screen and 1 week later, before the lockdown, the box is no longer running...also very cool...but the PS5 already rocks...
The mails were sent yesterday, so if you haven't received anything yet, you'll have to be patient a little longer, or pick one up in the shop on the 19th.
