Sonos One SL
Airplay 2, Wi-Fi
The power cable of the One SL is 1.70 m1 long.
The SL has no integrated voice assistants.
No, you don't have to. I have had to reboot the WLAN several times and the boxes automatically reconnected to the WLAN after restarting. So that shouldn't be a problem for you either.
No I would buy in 2. I have looked very long with SL it is cheaper than if you buy it separately 👍🏼
it needs some form of network, i.e. WLAN or Ethernet. But it doesn't need the internet. A WLAN router will do - even if it doesn't have an internet connection. This has certainly been discussed many times in the official Sonos forum. It's best to have a look there.
Yes, as long as there is at least 1 AirPlay compatible Sonos in the same group.
yes, it is displayed i was even able to bypass the country lock on my echo dot thanks to sonos and now enjoy alxa comfort on spotify
If the music was purchased via iTunes, it is not. It is only possible with the Apple Music subscription model...
It is a Sonos speaker that is part of a proprietary ecosystem (SONOS). It cannot be connected directly to an amp. No need for an amp for this speaker. The music is played either through the app or through airplay and it is connected via wifi or ethernet cable.
Yes, they are no longer being made and it looks like at least the larger online retailers don't have any in stock either.
You can also use Tidal on the Sonos
Denon works with the multiroom system "Heos". These are not directly compatible in this way. I can connect the systems with AirPlay 2.
The SL does not support PoE.
Hello! At least it didn't work for me. MfG Ronald
Hello Van_Persie No music can be played via Bluetooth. However, this is possible with the Sonos Move or Roam, for example.
Of course you can also use the boxes via LAN. It is probably even less susceptible to interference.
Yes, it is possible. You simply have to be in the same network (WLAN) as the Sonos.
Yes, you can now programme the coloured buttons for this with the BlueTv remote control.
Hoi - except with an additional Sonos Amp - rather no. But: Just directly (Samsung on Sonos): Probably no. Because: Sonos is a rather closed system, that means: Playing or input to jack does not exist, because there is no jack (direct on this model) and everything that is available in terms of services is attached via the App (SMB etc, Spotify, etc etc). Direct playback is therefore not possible - and "it" cannot use Bluetooth either. Otherwise, the Sonos are not too bad, but simply an ecosystem... However, you can connect a lot of speakers (Akiv speakers!) directly to the Samsung - or via Sonos Amp and then to these Sonos (or other speakers). See: https://www.sonos.com/de-ch/shop/amp LG
It makes sense, because of demand and supply. Many don't want a microphone, some don't care. Moreover, the recordings cannot be sold if there is no microphone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (don't take it too seriously).
Hi Jerome, I have 2 Sonos Play 1 and 2 Sonos One in use. They work perfectly in the same network. What is not possible is to form a stereo pair with a Play 1 and a One. But you can use the party mode with both speaker versions. Have fun digimouse
I can't tell you for sure, but I think Sonos is also having problems with the worldwide shortage of microchips.
Unfortunately not no. However, you will always see the latest status on the product page.
As far as I know, Sonos speakers cannot generally be used as home cinema speakers. Except in conjunction with the Playbase.
Yes, there is a cable included. But there are cables in other lengths as accessories.
Spotify works
