The photos are serial images from the manufacturer. However, the EU version with matching plug is sold in our EU shops.

The toaster belongs to the model TSF01RDEU. Unfortunately, I did not find anything about the compatibility with TSBW01 and TSSR01.
No, the grids cannot be lifted manually. Small pieces of bread have to be taken out with the tip of a knife - of course only after you have unplugged the power cable :-)

It comes with an EU plug and a fixed adapter for Swiss plug.
According to our product team, it is a normal CH connection.
