Yes, it is a Euro plug and in the package (it was several years ago) there is an additional plug for Switzerland, which you have to put on and no longer take away.

You still need the stupid adapter that prevents the hoover from standing firmly on the floor. If you want to do it differently, you can fit a plug yourself. As the housing is insulated, this should not be a problem.

It has a switchable roller nozzle (hard floor and carpet).

Sorry, no idea... We use the integrated switchable brush for the parquet... 😉
If you have an IQ of more than 50, you can get the idea of letting the plug hang out about 2 cm .... then the vacuum cleaner stands upright wonderfully because the adapter is no longer in the way - the power cable is flexible!
(at least with me ... ;) )
"swirl S73" fits and "mio-star: v-cleaner bag MS62" should also work.
The hoover is supplied with a Schuko adapter.
