Yes, but with an adapter so that it can be used in Switzerland. It works great this way, but it's a waste of material because you won't need the tool afterwards. And you can't reverse the connection to the Swiss plug either.

Yes, and the Schuko attachment actually sticks out too far so that the hoover cannot be stood upright. A good hoover, but I wouldn't buy it like this again.
